RETURN POLICY

Used soap or body products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Unused soaps and body products may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days.

Fiber art may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original condition.

Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless we made an error (wrong or damaged item).

If there is an issue with your order, email wendy@udderlynaked.com within 72 hours with photos.

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship within the United States only.

Orders typically ship within 1–5 business days. Custom fiber art may take longer.

We use USPS and UPS depending on weight and size.

Tracking information is emailed when your order ships.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses, nor for packages marked “delivered” but not found.

Some products may melt in warm weather; please bring packages inside promptly.

SKIN & BODY PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

Our skincare products are handcrafted and made with natural ingredients. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.

Products may contain goat milk, essential oils, natural oils and butters, botanicals, clays, honey, oats, or nut-derived ingredients. If you have sensitivities, review ingredients and perform a patch test first. We are not responsible for allergic reactions.

For external use only. Avoid eyes. Discontinue if irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place.

Handmade products naturally vary in color, scent, texture, and weight.

Some essential oils may not be suitable for pregnancy or certain medical conditions—consult your doctor if needed.
